Party FAQs

What happens during a RUSH kids party?

We ask all parties including their guests to arrive 20 minutes prior to your jump times on time in order to keep to the scheduled plan.

After arriving at the park head to our Party-Check-in Area. You will meet your party host who will explain what going to happen, check you in and issue your wristbands and socks from our team.

Please read your booking confirmation thoroughly to find out your arrival time and remember to ensure all your guests have valid wavers. You can add these to your booking prior to arrival.

We ask the parent/guardian of the party child to stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of their children.

We aim to give you access to the Party room 15 minutes prior to the Jump Time finishing, however, sometimes this may not always be possible. Once your jump time finishes, we will call the children off and take you to the party room.

All our party rooms are decorated and it is not necessary to bring your own. If you have decorations, please let you party host know at check-in and we’ll do our best to add these to the room. We will not allow decorations to be stuck to the walls.

Please choose your party food option when booking. With the exception of a birthday cake/cakes, no other outside food or drink will be allowed to be brought into the party room. We can add-on chips, ice creams and slush at check-out and if you have any special requests, please discuss this with our booking team.

If any guests have dietary requirements, we will try our best to cater to these needs, please advise us of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party or group booking.

If you need to make changes to the party food, please do this at least 7 days before the party.

Birthday cake and candles will not be supplied as part of the package but we do supply sufficient cutlery to cut and eat the cake.

You have 30 minutes in the party room following the completion of the jump time. We politely request the room is vacated promptly after this time to set up for the next party.
